What you'll be doing:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through coldcalling, networking, social media and industry events,
Quality leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers in target companies,
Identify WOI/DMU,
Develop proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition,
Manage the full scales cycle from lead generation to deal closure,
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and customer needs,
Analyze sales acquisition data and performance metrics,
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers,
Monitor and report on sales acquisition activities,
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify acquisition opportunities,
Conduct research on sales acquisition best practices and trends,
Provide support and guidance on acquisition strategies.
You're a match
Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition (with cold calling) preferred,
Education Requirements: Master/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development with proven records in a B2B envirionement,
Living network in HR,
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a strong drive to win,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
If mother language Dutch : fluency in English and knowledge of French,
If mother language French : fluency in English and knowledge of Dutch (German as an asset).
